This book is perfect for supporting young learners through the difficult times of fighting with their friends. It shows them that while emotions run high, and that given time you can return to being friends.
The best part of this story is that it shows us that both Brown Rabbit and Grey Rabbit had the same emotions and and thoughts after sharing harsh words. Often when children are young they are unable to see things from another's perspective or to realise that their friend may be having the same regrets as they are after an argument.
