Rachel Driscoll is an illustrator of children’s books. Her first book, The Mouse that Danced, written by Margaret Beames, was published by Scholastic in 2007. This was followed by Old Hu-Hu, written by Kyle Mewburn, which was published by Scholastic in 2009. Old Hu-Hu is a finalist in the New Zealand Post Children's Book Award: Best Picture Book 2010.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Driscoll, Rachel (1981 - ) is an illustrator of children’s books. She was born in Lower Hutt, and her first book, The Mouse that Danced, written by Margaret Beames, was published by Scholastic in 2007.
Rachel Driscoll and her partner Michael Greenfield often work together on the design of a book to ensure that the typography is just as special as the artwork.
Old Hu-Hu, written by Kyle Mewburn, and illustrated by Rachel Driscoll, was published by Scholastic in 2009. The work, in addition to the Te Reo translation of the same, Hu-hu Koroheke, have also been recently listed as finalists in the picture book category of the 2010 New Zealand Post Book Awards for Children and Young Adults.
