Let's Go, Flo!

This book is not just a cute story about the day to day activities of a young girl - from getting ready for school, to helping to cook to dinner it also highlights Flo's struggle with 'executive functioning skills': that is, her ability to focus, be organised and deal with anxiety.

This book would be a great tool for any teacher or parent to use with children who struggle with these skills or just need a little support to cope with day to day challenges.

The story is interactive and gives children strategies that they can use if they are in the same situation as Flo. At the back of the book there is a section for adults explaining executive functioning and how we can support our children to develop these skills.
